CEC explains how pupils and students will vote in the second round of the presidential elections

Students and pupils with the right to vote, who do not have home registration or temporary residence in the locality where they study, can vote in the second round of the presidential election on November 3 at any polling station open in the locality, reads a press release of the Central Electoral Commission.

According to the institution, they will present to the members of the electoral offices of the polling stations the identity document and the student card of the educational institution in the respective locality.

The CEC mentions that these voters will be included in the additional electoral list.
