Moldovan duo score abroad: Postolachi & Stînă triumph
Virgiliu Postolachi secured victory for CFR Cluj with his goal in their away match against Gloria Buzău during the 15th round of the Romanian Superliga.
The Moldovan striker, who started the match, found the net in the 67th minute, capitalising on an unfortunate deflection from an opponent.
In a post-match statement, Postolachi remarked, "It was a tough match, but our spirit shone through. The team showed how it's done; we're a family, and we fight for each other. Winning 1-0, just the way the coach likes it, means a lot to us." This goal marks Postolachi's third of the season.
In other news, fellow Moldovan internațional Victor Stînă scored for the second consecutive match for AEL Larissa. The midfielder opened the scoring against Kampaniakos in the 7th round of the Greek second division.
Furthermore, Stînă provided the assist for his team's second goal, leading AEL Larissa to a 2-0 victory. Stînă has now scored three goals for the Greek club this season. AEL currently leads the Greek second division.
