SIS blocks another site that publishes fake news that incites hatred and war

The Information and Security Service (SIS) announces, on February 6, that it has blocked another website, which would publish fake news that incites hatred and war, under the conditions of the state of emergency, approved by decision of the Parliament.

"In accordance with points 26-28 of Provision no. 1 of February 24, 2022 of the Commission for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Moldova, in the process of collecting data about sources with online content that promote false information, in the field affecting national security, the website was identified, with the address: rubaltik.ru ", SIS announces.

The service informs that the issued order contains mandatory indications and was sent to network and/or electronic communications service providers, in order to immediately block, in accordance with the law, the access of users from the Republic of Moldova to the mentioned source.
