Foreign Ministers from Romania and Great Britain are visiting Chisinau
The Ministers of Foreign Affairs from Romania and Great Britain, Luminița Odobescu and David Lammy, will pay a working visit to the Republic of Moldova on Wednesday, November 20. This was announced by the diplomacy from Chisinau.
According to the agenda, the two officials will meet in a trilateral format with Deputy Prime Minister Mihai Popșoi. After their discussions, they will hold joint press statements at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters.
We remind you that Luminița Odobescu visited Chisinau in September, where she co-chaired the fifth Ministerial Conference of the Partnership Platform for the Republic of Moldova.
During that event, the Romanian official emphasized the importance and tangible results generated by the Partnership Platform in supporting Moldova since the onset of Russian aggression against Ukraine.
As a result of the Ministerial Conference, a Joint Declaration was adopted by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs from Romania, France, Germany, and the Republic of Moldova. This declaration reaffirmed the significance of this cooperation format and the joint commitment to support Moldova in its European integration process, as well as in efforts to advance economic development and resilience.
