Dorin Recean asks ministers to evaluate the activity of subordinate institutions: "We do not tolerate incompetence and lack of results"
Prime Minister Dorin Recean called on ministers to assess the performance of all subordinate institutions and their leaders to promote order, discipline, and de-bureaucratization.
"I am asking all ministers to conduct a thorough evaluation of the management of all subordinate institutions to ensure that we do not tolerate incompetence or lack of results. We need to carefully review the performance, integrity, and competence of each institution and, especially of their leaders. It is essential that we maintain order, ensure discipline, simplify communication and processes within these institutions, and provide quality public services for both the business sector and citizens," said Dorin Recean.
We remind you that on November 18, Prime Minister Dorin Recean announced changes within the government, proposing the replacement of three out of the 16 ministers in his cabinet.
On November 19, the newly appointed ministers took their oaths of office in a ceremony attended by President Maia Sandu and Prime Minister Dorin Recean. Ludmila Catlabuga, the president of the Association of Farmers-Milk Producers, took over as Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry. Daniella Misail-Nichitin replaced Adrian Efros as Minister of the Interior; she previously served as State Secretary in the same ministry.
