In the 64th minute, Isi Palazon equalized for Rayo Vallecano.

In another match, FC Sevilla edged past Celta Vigo 1-0 at home. Club legend Jesus Navas, at 39 years old, played his final match at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, a truly emotional farewell. Plagued by injuries, Navas had initially planned to retire in the summer but was convinced by club president Jose Maria del Nido to extend his stay until the end of the season.
