Ukraine hit by 72 Shahed drones, 3 dead, damage reported
Ukraine was attacked with 72 Shahed drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles on the night of December 23, reports the Ukrainian Air Force.
Three people were killed and three others injured, notes The Kyiv Independent.
Ukrainian air defense shot down 47 drones across nine regions, while 25 drones were lost in airspace.
28 towns and villages in the Kherson region suffered damage, according to Governor Oleksandr Prokudin.
A gas pipeline, stores, and vehicles were also damaged, according to BBC.
