Transnistria drivers: Apply for Moldovan license now
The Public Services Agency (PSA) informs individuals with driver's licenses issued in Transnistria or Tighina that they can apply for a national Moldovan driver's license without needing to retake the exam.
To qualify, applicants must have no restrictions on their driving privileges, according to records from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the PSA. Applications can be submitted to the following PSA offices:
