Explosion on the territory of the former factory, at least three people were killed
In the Darnytsky district of Kyiv, a gas cylinder exploded on the territory of the former factory.This was announced by the mayor of the capital Vitaliy Klitschko.
The explosion occurred at 3:45 p.m. As of the evening, it is known about three dead and five hospitalized. One person was buried under the rubble. Later, Klitschko clarified that the explosion occurred in a one-story warehouse, the building was destroyed on an area of 500 square meters. The reasons for the explosion are being investigated. The police reported that they had opened a case on the fact of violation of safety rules during the performance of works. According to some information, about 10 people were in the building at the time of the explosion.
