No missile has flown over the airspace of the Republic of Moldova, Ministry of Defense

After reports surfaced about a Russian missile allegedly flying over Moldova's airspace, officials from the Ministry of Defense informed "Teleradio-Moldova" that the National Army's air surveillance systems did not detect any unauthorized overflights.

Furthermore, radar systems in neighboring Romania and Ukraine also failed to identify any aircraft following such a trajectory.

We remind you that at the end of last year, several drones were discovered by citizens within the country's territory.

The Moldovan authorities have consistently condemned violations of the country's airspace and have denounced the war initiated by Russia in Ukraine.
