Electronic Government Agency reports issues with signatures and authentication

The Electronic Government Agency reports difficulties in processing electronic signatures due to issues with signing and authentication systems.

As a result, all platforms requiring authentication via MPass, as well as those using electronic signatures—including for public and private service requests—are affected.

Citizens may encounter problems with signing, authentication, and services offered by private entities.

Users who have enabled two-step authentication or use the EVOSign application are unaffected when authenticating on platforms.

The technical issues are due to system updates announced by the Agency for January 15, 2025.

The responsible teams at the Electronic Government Agency have identified the issues and are working with STISC to resolve them.
