Transnistria plans to buy gas through Moldovagaz
The so-called leader of Tiraspol, Vadim Krasnoselski, announced that Tiraspoltransgaz plans to purchase natural gas via the Moldovagaz company, in line with legal requirements.
An official statement on this matter was sent to Moldovagaz on Saturday.
In a public statement, Krasnoselski stressed that providing heat to homes in the Transnistrian region is a top priority.
"Transnistria agrees with and supports the plan to supply gas through Moldova Gaz. Payment is assured," Krasnoselski stated.
We reached out to the interim head of Moldova Gaz, Vadim Ceban, for a comment, but he has not yet responded to our calls.
