Alexei Danilov claims Moscow is plotting a coup d'état in Moldova involving Chechen fighters. Kadyrov's reaction
Russia is reportedly planning to stage a coup in Moldova in the near future, and the Kremlin may involve Chechen fighters in the plot. The statement was made by the secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defence Council, Alexei Danilov, in a tele-don. Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov later came out with a reaction on his Telegram account. "Russia's borders change only when it wants to change itself," he says.

Ukrainian official Alexei Danilov says Ukrainian intelligence services have warned Chisinau that Moscow could involve fighters from Chechnya in its intention to stage a coup in Moldova, while changes at the top are taking place in Moldova to counter Russia's plans.
"We know their names and surnames and we are carefully monitoring that these people do not reach Chisinau," the Ukrainian Security Council secretary said.
Danilov's statements did not go unnoticed by Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov.
"On the Ukrainian horizon another self-confident insider has appeared, who allegedly revealed Russia's plans to stage a coup in Moldova and predicted the collapse of the Federation (...) If there is an order from the Supreme Commander, we are ready to go even to America, we will leave Moldova far behind. And any such order is not discussed, but carried out," Ramzan Kadyrov said on Telegram.
Contacted by Moldova 1, the press service of the Moldovan Foreign Ministry said it would come with a comment on the issue.
