2025 small grants to support active aging projects in Moldova

Moldovan non-profit organizations implementing projects that support active aging at national and regional levels can apply for the 2025 Small Grants Program.

This initiative is aligned with the Active and Healthy Ageing Program for 2023-2027 (hereinafter – the Program), a medium-term public policy document that outlines the objectives and actions to be taken in order to integrate and implement the principle of active ageing, with the goal of enhancing the opportunities for active and healthy ageing for the population of the Republic of Moldova.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection encourages applications from organizations that have secured co-financing, established partnership agreements with local public authorities and donors, and are capable of contributing at least 10% of the total project value from their own resources.

The Ministry specifies that one million Moldovan lei (~€500,000) has been allocated from the 2025 state budget for these projects, which have a maximum implementation period of six months.

The deadline for submitting the complete file is March 31.
