A decision to this effect is to be pronounced by magistrates at the Ciocana Court on Sunday, February 9. According to prosecutors, all three are citizens of the Republic of Moldova with a residence visa on the left bank of the Nistru.

Law enforcement agencies started criminal proceedings for the suspected crime of kidnapping a person, allegedly committed by individuals in positions of responsibility or public authority.
On February 7, three individuals were detained for allegedly kidnapping a citizen of the Republic of Moldova living on the left bank of the Nistru. According to the General Police Inspectorate, the victim was reportedly taken by force in connection with an alleged robbery or theft that occurred in the region.
The Promo-LEX Association has also acknowledged this case, condemning the kidnapping of the Moldovan citizen in broad daylight in the center of Chisinau. The association underscores that this act represents a serious violation of fundamental human rights.
