Maia Sandu: The peaceful dialogue between the two banks of the Nistru will continue
The President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, had a meeting with the acting President of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Bujar Osmani, on Tuesday.
The two officials discussed the instability in the eastern region caused by Russia's aggression in Ukraine and national security issues.
As of the Transnistrian settlement process, President Maia Sandu emphasized that the peaceful dialogue between the two banks of the Dniester will continue, and Chisinau relies on the support of the OSCE "to ensure respect for the rights of all the people who live in the region", reads a press release of the presidential institution.
