Ukraine's proposal for the meeting with American partners in Saudi Arabia consisted of three key points: ensuring silence in the sky by controlling missiles, bombs, and long-range drones, and maintaining silence at sea. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky shared this information on his Telegram channel. He also mentioned other topics discussed, including "real confidence-building measures in this situation, where diplomacy is in progress, particularly the release of prisoners."

Volodymyr Zelensky highlighted that the American side understands the arguments presented by the Ukrainian delegation, accepts Kyiv's proposals, and thanked President Trump for the constructive conversation between their teams.

“Today, during our discussion, the American side proposed to take immediate action by establishing a complete ceasefire for 30 days—not only concerning missiles, drones, and bombs, and not just in the Black Sea but also along the entire front line. Ukraine accepts this proposal; we view it positively and are ready to take such a step,” said President Zelensky.

He stated that now the United States must work to persuade Russia to agree to this proposal. “In other words, we agree, and if the Russians agree, then we can achieve silence on the front,” Zelensky reiterated.

According to the leader in Kyiv, a key element of today’s conversation is the readiness of the USA to resume defence and intelligence assistance to Ukraine. “Ukraine is ready for peace,” Zelensky declared, adding that “Russia must demonstrate its willingness to either end the war or continue it.”

“It's time to uncover the truth. I thank everyone who supports Ukraine,” the Ukrainian president concluded.
