Maia Sandu discussed in Tokyo the realisation of some projects in the field of renewable energy
The possibilities of realising some projects in the field of renewable energy were discussed in Tokyo by the president, Maia Sandu, and her counterpart from Iceland, Guðni Jóhannesson.
President Maia Sandu mentioned that currently, in the Republic of Moldova, there are 13 companies with Japanese capital that have opened businesses, created over 6,000 jobs and contribute to the economic development of our country.
TRM.MD recalls that the President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, is paying a visit to Tokyo between December 1-3, and at the beginning of next week, the head of state will be in Washington, where she will participate in the International Anti-Corruption Conference, within the Summit for Democracy. Also, President Maia Sandu will have bilateral meetings and will meet with representatives of the Moldovan diaspora in the United States.
