According to the Presidency, during the international event in Germany, "the head of state's agenda includes meetings with leaders of states and governments, senior European officials, but also with some heads of international organizations". The delegation led by the country's president also includes the Minister of the Interior, Ana Revenco. Greater attention will be paid to the operationalization of the European Union Security Hub in Chisinau, in the context in which the Republic of Moldova has become a security producing state for the European space, by strengthening the security belt at the border with the war in Ukraine. The Minister of the Interior will participate in various discussion panels, where current topics will be addressed, including: strengthening the resilience of the Republic of Moldova and the security situation in the region, hybrid threats from the Russian Federation, but also the perspectives and priorities of cooperation with the member states of the European Union. The Munich Security Conference is the most important forum devoted to transatlantic and international security, becoming an annual event focused on the promotion of peaceful conflict resolution, world cooperation and dialogue. The 59th meeting of the forum will provide a platform for high-level discussions on the biggest foreign and security policy challenges of this time. At the same time, almost a year after Russia's brutal aggression in Ukraine, the world community's political commitment to the rules-based international order will be discussed. This year's conference will bring together more than 45 heads of state and government from around the world, as well as more than 70 ministers.
