Number of online applications for enrolling children in the first grade on a rise
Over 7,400 applications for children's enrollment in the first grade were submitted online by parents through the eșcoală.chişinău.md platform, announced the deputy head of the Education Directorate, Andrei Pavaloi. According to him, the number of online files increased by over 700 compared to the previous week.
On April 30, the first stage was completed, and on May 16, the lists of children enrolled in educational institutions in the first grade will be displayed. Between May 5 and 14, parents will submit their files physically to those institutions. Similarly, the second stage follows, in which parents who are not from the district of the institutions or whose children have not turned 7 years old by September 1 will have the opportunity to submit applications for enrollment in the first grade.
In all, the City Hall informs that this year approximately 10 thousand children will submit documents for enrollment in the first grade. The next stage will be held between May 19 and 30 and will be intended for children who were not enrolled in the first stage, although they turn 7 by the beginning of the school year, those who turn 7 years old between September 1 and December 31, as well as children from other school districts.
