Criminal Alexandru Sinigur returns to prison after his parole was revoked

Criminal Alexandru Sinigur is returning to prison after his conditional release was cancelled. The decision was made on Friday, April 4, by the Nord Court of Appeal, which found that he did not comply with the conditions imposed for his early release.
The criminal will return to the Rezina penitentiary. According to law enforcement, shortly after his release, Sinigur was detained on suspicion of murder. He, along with Iurie Radulov—another individual sentenced to life imprisonment for particularly serious crimes—was released from the Rezina Penitentiary last week. The same magistrate at the Orhei court decided both cases. According to the National Penitentiary Administration, the release of these two life prisoners was possible under Article 91 of the Criminal Code, which allows for the review of a sentence after a certain period has been served.
