The submission deadline varies depending on the type of seed and planting material, and starts on May 15th for spring crop seeds, excluding corn and sunflower.

According to the announcement, registration declarations for mother plantations (scion, rootstock) used for producing fruit, vine, and berry material, specifically for plantations established in spring, must be submitted by June 1st.

Multiplication declarations for seed production lots must be submitted by May 15th for spring crops, excluding corn and sunflower. For corn, sunflower, and vegetable crops, the deadline is June 1st.

Necessary documents for propagating and planting material (fruit, vine, ornamental, and berry) must be submitted to ANSA by June 1st, and for vegetative vine planting material by July 1st.

Declarations should be submitted to the territorial subdivisions for food safety in the area where the business operates.
