Igor Dodon's lawyers were fined 2500 lei each by the magistrates of the Supreme Court of Justice, for violating the order at the court session. Due to the violation of order, formality and solemnity in the court session demonstrated by the defendant's lawyers, the court ordered to inform the Union of Lawyers and the Ministry of Justice about the behavior of Dodon's defenders.

At the end of the court session, the lawyers submitted a new request to recuse the entire panel of judges. A new one is to be formed, which will establish the date and time of the next meeting, at which the impeachment request submitted by the former head of state's lawyers will be examined.
