ANOFM issued 240 digital vouchers for the unemployed; over 50 already validated

Unemployed individuals can apply for vocational training vouchers provided by the National Employment Agency (ANOFM) through a digital platform. So far, 13 service providers have registered in the system, and approximately 240 vouchers have been issued, with over 50 already validated.
According to Veaceslav Cebanaș, a representative of the Center for Entrepreneurial Education and Business Assistance, the number of unemployed individuals is expected to decrease as economic agents are integrated on this platform and job opportunities are diversified.
"We have created a national database of providers who will benefit from the training organized by us. Ultimately, we hope that in the coming years, a significantly larger number of unemployed individuals will take advantage of these vouchers, leading to increased inclusivity in the labor market and a reduction in unemployment. This initiative originated from the government, specifically from the Ministry of Education, in collaboration with ANOFM, and it has developed over the course of about a year," explained Cebanaș.
We remind you that the digital platform "Voucher for the Professional Training of the Unemployed" was launched in April of this year. The platform's primary goal is to enhance access to education and professional development by offering job seekers a wide range of courses. Through this platform, unemployed individuals can select the courses that best suit their needs, which are provided by provisionally authorized or accredited vocational training service providers.
Over the past year, approximately 700 unemployed people have successfully completed vocational training courses using vouchers provided in physical format, and over 80 percent of the program's graduates have found employment.
