Maia Sandu condemns Russian attack on Kyiv: “It is cold-blooded, systematic violence”

President Maia Sandu condemned the Russian attack that was launched last night on the Ukrainian capital. In a message published on the X platform, she described the bombings as acts of "Russian terror" and characterized them as "cold-blooded, systematic violence" that resulted in civilian casualties and destruction of homes.
“Another night of Russian terror on Kyiv. Civilians murdered, homes reduced to rubble. This is cold-blooded, systematic violence. The Republic of Moldova firmly condemns this brutality,” tweeted Maia Sandu.
The president reiterated her support for Ukraine and urged international partners to act swiftly to enhance the neighboring country's defense capabilities: “Ukraine needs more air defense and decisive action—now. Every delay empowers the aggressor,” Maia Sandu stated.
