Fatal accident in Zubrești: 30-year-old woman walking on the sidewalk struck by unlicensed driver
A 30-year-old woman tragically lost her life in a serious road accident in the village of Zubrești, located in the Strașeni district, near midnight.
According to the police, an 18-year-old man was driving a car without a driver's license and had a 16-year-old minor as a passenger. He was travelling at excessive speed when he lost control of the vehicle. The car hit a curb and subsequently crashed into a fence.
Due to the chaotic trajectory of the car, the driver fatally injured a woman who was walking on the sidewalk.
Both the driver and the passenger sustained injuries and were transported to the hospital.
The police initiated a criminal investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding this tragic incident.
