Romania fortifies Moldova against Russia's hybrid assault
Romania is helping Moldova resist Russia's hybrid assault ahead of parliamentary elections.
According to the NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, the alliance maintains close cooperation with Moldovan authorities. However, Rutte revealed that its most important ally in ensuring stability for Moldova remains Romania.
"I assure you that we have close cooperation with Moldova. I met with Maia Sandu a few months ago when I was returning from Odessa, and we had a good discussion. I know that Romania, our ally, greatly helps Moldova to defend itself," Mark Rutte declared at the press conference before a NATO Summit in The Hague.
