While there, he'll attend the 18th Dubrovnik Forum, an international conference held annually under the auspices of Croatia’s Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs.
Moldova's chief diplomat is set to speak on the panel "Connecting Europe and Asia: Paths to Partnership and Prosperity," alongside other international officials and experts.
On the sidelines of the event, Popșoi has scheduled bilateral meetings with his Croatian counterpart, Gordan Grlić Radman, as well as with other European foreign ministers.
