Moldovan troops join multinational exercise "Agile Spirit 2025" in Georgia
From July 23 to August 7, the soldiers of the National Army of the Republic of Moldova will participate in the multinational exercise "Agile Spirit 2025," taking place in training centers across Georgia. During this event, Moldovan officers, sergeants, and soldiers will collaborate and train alongside their counterparts from Romania, Bulgaria, the USA, Poland, Lithuania, Georgia, and other participating nations.
The Ministry of Defense states that the purpose of the exercise is to enhance capabilities and improve interoperability among the armed forces of partner countries, thereby contributing to the effectiveness of international peacekeeping operations.
Participation in "Agile Spirit 2025" is outlined in the Ministry of Defense and National Army's External Activity Plan for 2025. Moldova has been participating in this international exercise since 2023.
