Traffic restrictions in central Chișinău from July 18–21
Starting Friday, July 18, road traffic will be partially suspended on several streets in the center of Chisinau due to the "I Greet You, Chisinau!" festival. These measures will remain in effect until the morning of July 21, as announced by the Chisinau City Hall.
According to the authorities, traffic will be restricted on Columna Street, on the segment between A. Pușkin and Mitropolit Gavriil Bănulescu-Bodoni streets, until July 21, 05:00.
On Alexandru cel Bun Street, the section between A. Pușkin and Mit. G. Bănulescu-Bodoni streets, traffic will be closed daily between 16:00 and 23:50, during the period of July 18–20.
Road traffic, except for public transport, will also be restricted on Grigore Vieru Boulevard, the segment between Ierusalim Street (ASEM) –– Constantin Tănase Street (National Bank) – A. Pușkin Street, daily between 16:30 – 23:50, during the period of July 18–20, 2025.
The municipal authorities request understanding from residents and drivers and recommend using alternative routes during the restrictions.
