Deputy Roman Roșca nominated for Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration

PAS member of Parliament Roman Roșca may be appointed as the new Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration. He will be replacing Oleg Serebrian, who has been assigned as the Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Turkey. This appointment proposal was submitted by Prime Minister Dorin Recean to President Maia Sandu.

According to Prime Minister Recean, during his time as a deputy, Rosca led the Special Commission for Monitoring the Reintegration Policy. He now aims to continue consolidating this process at the governmental level.

In a public message on his Facebook page, the Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to Oleg Serebrian for his work in this position. He noted that together they promoted peace and security in the region and adopted pragmatic approaches to resolve the Transnistrian conflict.

“Together, we ensured peace and security in the region and advanced practical solutions for the settlement of the Transnistrian conflict. Oleg Serebrian will continue his public service as the Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to the Republic of Turkey, where I am confident he will represent our country's interests with the same competence and dedication,” said the Prime Minister.
