Commander of the US National Cyber Mission Force expected in Moldova

The Commander of the US National Cyber Mission Force, William J. Hartman, is expected in Chisinau this week. The announcement was made by the US Embassy in Moldova.

General Hartman will meet with officials in Chisinau to discuss cooperation between the United States and the Republic of Moldova in countering new and emerging cyber threats, according to the source.

Chief William J. Hartman has served as commander of the U.S. National Cyber Mission Force since August 2019.

Families with children with severe disabilities will get financial assistance

Children with severe disabilities in our country will benefit from a new support package developed with the help of the development partners of the Republic of Moldova. According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, over 5,500 families will benefit from this program, each of whom will receive a one-off allowance of 3,000 lei. The measure comes as essential support for these families, underlining the authorities' commitment to improving the living conditions of people with disabilities. However, for some families this amount is not enough to cover the costs of caring for children with disabilities.
