Livia Mitrofan, a member of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM), has received death threats similar to those received by Judge Ana Cucerescu. In an exclusive interview with Moldova 1 TV, she reveals details about the intimidation she has faced.

According to the magistrate, the intimidation actions in her case began in February 2024. This was when she, along with other judges, established specialized panels within the court, including those focused on examining corruption cases.

These actions culminated in a disturbing message sent via WhatsApp regarding the sentencing of Gagauzian Bashkan Evghenia Guțul. This sentence was issued by Judge Ana Cucerescu.
