The representative of Poland at Eurovision Blanka regrets that she cannot come to the Republic of Moldova. The flight was cancelled
The winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 national stage from Poland, Blanka, cannot come to the Republic of Moldova to perform in the National Final in Chisinau. The cancellation of the flights by the Air Moldova Company upset her trip to our country, which she wanted a lot.
"I checked all options. We cannot stay to Tuesday. The is no available tickets on Sunday or Monday in LOT. Air Moldovia has cancelled all flights to Warsaw this days – so there no option. Sorry for that. It was really important for us to do it. I know how big work we made to make it happen… but you see, it’s not our fault. AIRLINES. Really sorry for that!" Blanka wrote in a message addressed to the organizers of the national stage in Chisinau.
In the National Final in Chisinau, Blanka was going to sing the song with which she will go on stage in Liverpool. "Solo" became a hit on Polish radio stations and among music lovers in Bulgaria, Serbia, Lithuania and Latvia. "Solo" already has over twelve million views on Youtube.
The Air Moldova company announced the cancellation of flights in several directions on March 4, 5, 6, explaining its decision by fleet deficiency and aircraft unavailability. Flights to/from Warsaw and London have been canceled for March 4.
