Moldovan citizens advised to avoid travel to Spain, travel alert issued

Moldovan citizens who are planning to travel to or transit through Spain are advised to postpone their trips due to severe weather conditions impacting the entire country. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the Republic of Moldova has issued a travel alert for Spain.
According to the Spanish State Meteorological Agency (AEMET), very high air temperatures are expected across the country and will persist until August 18, 2025.
Citizens are urged to check weather warnings and comply with measures issued by local authorities. It is essential to strictly follow official instructions, particularly in the event of an evacuation.
