ELECTIONS 2025 // Tatiana Crețu: I want to bring people closer to politics

Independent candidate Tatiana Crețu has officially launched her electoral campaign. After returning from the diaspora, Crețu expressed her commitment to fighting for change in the country. Central to her vision is improving the relationship between citizens and their representatives.
Tatiana Crețu launched her electoral campaign on Facebook. She expresses her intention not to become a traditional politician but to engage people more closely with political processes.
"I fully accept the responsibility to listen, observe, and translate into reality the will of the majority that will trust me. My decision to enter politics and ask for your vote is driven by a single conviction: Moldova needs individuals who listen to citizens and create laws in their best interest," declared Tatiana Crețu.
The independent candidate has yet to publish her electoral program, but she has stated that she will present the specific changes and concrete measures she intends to implement at a later date.
Tatiana Crețu is expected to be Nb. 20 on the ballot.
The electoral campaign for the parliamentary elections will run until September 26.
To date, a total of 21 candidates have registered for the elections, which include four blocs, 13 parties, and four independent candidates.
