Norway vs Moldova: Kick-off time, team news and analysis

Norway and Moldova's national football teams have met six times, with the Moldovans yet to secure a victory.

Norway have won five times, while one match ended in a draw, a result the Moldovan side achieved 20 years ago at the now-defunct Republican Stadium in Chișinău. The match ended in a goalless 0-0 scoreline.

Norway are considered the clear favourites, boasting a squad valued at half a billion euros. Their superstar, Erling Braut Haaland, with a value of €180 million, alone dwarfs the entire Moldovan squad's worth of just €13.5 million, according to football analytics websites.

The two sides meet again this evening in a seventh encounter, which will be broadcast live on the public service broadcaster Moldova 1. Kick-off is at 9:45pm, with commentary from Alexandru Rusu.

The build-up to the match begins at 9:30pm, with presenter Radu Galbur and guests, former Moldova internationals Veaceslav Sofroni and Andrian Bogdan, previewing the game on a special edition of the show 'Arena Sportivă'.

Coverage will continue at half-time and after the final whistle with an in-studio analysis of the Tricolours' performance. A full highlights package will then be shown from 12:30am, capturing all the action from Oslo's Ullevaal Stadium.
