Two men die from poisoning in Bardar biogas tank
Two men, aged 23 and 42, died from gas poisoning while cleaning a biogas production tank at a warehouse in the village of Bardar, Ialoveni district. The tragedy occurred on the morning of September 9.
According to Liliana Pușcașu, the press officer for the General Inspectorate for Emergencies, the victims were evacuated from the tank by the company's head.
When the emergency medical crew arrived at the scene, they could only confirm the victims' deaths.
Subsequently, employees from the Ialoveni Rescue and Fire Department intervened to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The exact causes of the deaths of the two individuals will be determined by specialists.
