Moldova companies showcase products in Romania to boost economic ties

More than 20 companies from Moldova are showcasing their products at the fourth 'Moldova Presents' exhibition, which runs until 21 September in the Romanian city of Baia Mare.
According to the Moldovan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), companies from the country are displaying their products and services to Romanian and international audiences, a move that confirms a growing interest from the business community in strengthening economic and commercial ties between the two countries. The event also builds mutual trust between entrepreneurs on both sides of the Prut.
"Moldova Presents' is more than a trade show – it's a bridge connecting entrepreneurs from both countries," said Sergiu Harea, the President of the CCI.

"We are confident this edition will generate lasting partnerships, joint projects and concrete results for business communities on both sides of the Prut."

The exhibition features sectors such as agri-food and wine, beekeeping, leather goods and textiles, as well as dried fruits and related products.
The 'Moldova Presents' exhibition is being held as part of the 30th edition of the 'Rivulus Dominarum' consumer goods trade show, organised by the Maramureș Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The 'Moldova Presents' serves as an international extension of the national 'Made in Moldova' exhibition, a platform which promotes domestic products and services, encourages investment and creates new opportunities for cooperation.
The event has been organised by the Moldovan CCI in partnership with the Maramureș CCI and the Maramureș County Council, and with the support of the Entrepreneurship Development Organisation.
