MoldMedizin & MoldDent 2025: Moldova showcases state-of-the-art medical technology
More than 50 domestic and international companies are presenting state-of-the-art medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, dental technologies, and solutions for a healthy lifestyle at the "MoldMedizin & MoldDent 2025" exhibition.
The event will take place at the "Moldexpo" International Exhibition Centre in Chișinău, between 25 and 27 September. The programme also includes scientific conferences, workshops, and practical demonstrations.
“I encourage all companies in our country, as well as our international partners, to participate in this event every time. (...) Understanding how the equipment works inspires us to acquire it for our hospitals, both public and private,” said Health Minister Ala Nemerenco at the exhibition's opening ceremony, held on Thursday, September 25.
Zinaida Popa, the interim director of the "Moldexpo" International Exhibition Centre, said that an important addition to this year's event is the launch of the "Health Life Expo" segment.
“This exhibition is unique in Moldova and is aimed at industry professionals. We decided to expand it so the public could learn more about a healthy lifestyle, and we developed a new niche. (...) Besides state-of-the-art medical equipment, visitors will have the opportunity to see certain techniques and approaches for preventing ailments, as specialists from the fields of sports, nutrition, and mental health are present at the event,” Ms Popa noted.
The MoldMedizin & MoldDent exhibition is being sponsored by the Moldovan Dentists' Association. Its president, Oleg Solomon, spoke during the event about the opening of an ultramodern radiology and imaging centre in Chișinău.
“It will integrate laboratory diagnostic services with advanced imaging, offering patients a full range of diagnostic tests in one place,” specified the centre's director, Petru Chițanu.
The event is being held with the support of the Ministry of Health and several partners.
Entry for visitors is free of charge.
