Maia Sandu will attend consecration of the National Cathedral’s painting in Bucharest
The President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, will attend the consecration ceremony of the painting at the National Cathedral in Bucharest on Sunday, according to officials from Chisinau, as reported by Agerpres.
Maia Sandu's Sunday schedule includes a meeting with President Nicușor Dan.
On the same day, the Cathedral of the Salvation of the People will be consecrated by Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I of Constantinople and Patriarch Daniel of the Romanian Orthodox Church. They will be accompanied by a council consisting of 65 hierarchs, 70 priests, and 12 deacons, as reported by the cited source.
