Congazcic village road repair works are bringing better infrastructure for local residents. The local infrastructure initiative is currently underway on three key sections: the street leading directly to the kindergarten and two other areas within residential neighborhoods.

Local authorities plan to sustain these road repair efforts on all sections managed by the City Hall, significantly improving local traffic flow.

The newly paved road to the Congazcic kindergarten is paving the way for a shorter and more comfortable route for the 68 children attending, easing the daily commute for families and improving overall preschool access.

One parent described the immense change: "It is much more convenient because many parents now drive their children. It is very handy because the school is close, and the children also go to training from here. We even drive our younger brother. Before, there was a big, deep puddle here. The children, after school, would have to walk through it and come home dirty and wet. Now a proper drainage system has been installed—it is significantly better."

Another resident added, "Everyone uses this road. Before, it was terrible; now it is very good. I believe everything will run smoothly."

"Parents are already delighted with this work. Previously, they often had to circle the area to avoid the mud after a rainstorm. Now, traffic on this road will be much more comfortable, and people will be able to use it without any difficulty," says Iulia Zaharia, the director of the Congazcic kindergarten.

For years, the road was only covered with gravel, often leading to potholes and requiring continuous leveling after every rainfall. The new 240 meters of asphalt now efficiently connect the kindergarten to the village center, providing locals with significantly more convenient access to the preschool institution.

"I consider this to be a very important modernization project. It will free up the village center, allowing people, after dropping off their children, to easily head towards the lower part of Congazcic village without being forced to make awkward U-turns," explains the village mayor, Evgheni Tucan.

The modernization project for the kindergarten road and the two additional sections received 1.5 million lei from the national Road Fund. Congazcic village, with approximately 1,500 inhabitants, is directly benefiting from this community investment.
