Tender for renovating the Cimișlia House of Culture was launched
The Regional Development Agency (ADR) South started the public procurement procedure for the construction works within the project "Revitalization of the Culture House in Cimișlia", an objective of socio-cultural importance for the entire community. The investment, estimated at over 28.9 million lei excluding VAT, is financed from the National Fund for Regional and Local Development, with local contributions.
According to ADR Sud, the project includes the repair of several rooms and the reconstruction of the performance hall, the vestibule and the cloakroom, all of which will be modernized with contemporary interior design elements. Through these works, the institution will regain its role as a cultural and community center for the town's residents.
The rehabilitation of the Culture House will benefit over 8,500 residents, four artistic ensembles, eight non-governmental organizations, the District Youth Center, the Board Games Club and the Table Tennis Amateur Club.
According to the procedure calendar, bids can be submitted between November 7 and 17, 2025.
