CSM will be headed by an interim president

Nina Cernat will provide the interim position of president of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM), starting on March 21. The decision was taken today by the members of the CSM.

At the same time, the members of the CSM accepted the resignation requests submitted by magistrates Virgiliu Buhnaci and Anatolie Minciuna from the Chisinau Court of Appeal, Serghei Gubenco from the Comrat Court of Appeal, as well as Constantin Crețu from the Hâncești Court and Victor Potlog from the Cimișlia Court.

Also today, the CSM approved the appointment of Leonid Turculeț as interim president of the Cahul Court and of Victoria Railean as interim president of the Căuşeni Court.
