Young Moldovans have five more days to apply for state grants of up to 600,000 lei

Young people in the Republic of Moldova can apply for state grants of up to 600,000 lei for projects that promote their development. The deadline for submitting applications is November 15, 2025, as announced by the Ministry of Education and Research.
The initiative is part of the Grants Program for Youth Organizations, which aims to support the implementation of the "Youth 2030" Strategy and its associated program for 2023 to 2026.
According to the MEC, the selected initiatives focus on providing support to young people in four main areas:
- Labor market integration and professional development
- Promotion of a healthy and inclusive lifestyle
- Transition to democracy and European integration
- Transition to culture, identity, and sustainability
In the first area, proposed projects should facilitate young people's access to vocational training, career counseling, financial education, support for innovative initiatives, and engagement in academic and civic activities. The priority for health and inclusion promotes sports, physical and mental health education, positive parenting, and the social integration of young people from vulnerable groups.
Support for democratic engagement and European integration emphasizes civic education, the promotion of European values, participation in decision-making processes, international networking and exchange, as well as media literacy and critical thinking.
Regarding culture, projects should focus on education through cultural initiatives, intercultural and intergenerational dialogue, strengthening connections with the diaspora, volunteering, and environmental sustainability efforts.
Organizations wishing to participate can propose a variety of programs, including campaigns, courses, training sessions, festivals, forums, symposiums, international events, leisure activities, or initiatives promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Funding amounts vary by project scope: 200,000 lei for local projects, 400,000 lei for regional projects, and 600,000 lei for national projects.
Interested individuals can submit their application by visiting the Grants Program webpage.
