A US citizen tried to enter the Republic of Moldova with five undeclared drones

A 47-year-old US citizen wanted to enter the Republic of Moldova with five drones without declaring them to the customs body. The case was registered on March 16, at Chisinau International Airport.

The customs officers checked the luggage of the Warsaw-Chisinau passengers. Thus, five drones of the "DJI MAVIC 3 CLASSIC" model were found in the luggage of that passenger. The goods have not been declared.

As a result, the drones have been seized and can be confiscated, and the foreigner risks being penalized.
