Barcelona 4-0 Athletic Bilbao: Lewandowski and Torres secure La Liga win

FC Barcelona secured a decisive 4-0 victory over Athletic Bilbao at Camp Nou in the 13th round of the Spanish top division, La Liga.
Polish striker Robert Lewandowski opened the scoring for the hosts in the fourth minute. Barcelona extended their lead before the break when Ferran Torres converted an assist from teenager Lamine Yamal.
The second half began with Fermín López scoring the third goal in the 48th minute. Athletic Bilbao's challenge then deteriorated when Oihan Sancet received a straight red card in the 54th minute for a hard challenge on López, reducing the visitors to ten men.
Torres completed his double and sealed the 4-0 final score deep into second-half stoppage time.
Following the win, Barcelona moved to 31 points in the league standings, drawing level with rivals Real Madrid. However, the club known as "Los Blancos" still have a game in hand, scheduled to play later tonight against FC Elche.
