Deputy Prime Minister Popșoi participates in Abu Dhabi Forum with international officials
The Republic of Moldova will be represented at the Sir Bani Yas Forum 2025 by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mihai Popșoi. This event gathers ministers, top officials, and leaders from global institutions to discuss current issues.
The forum will take place in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi from December 12 to 14.
During the event, the head of diplomacy from Chisinau will hold bilateral meetings with Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, as well as with other officials from partner countries of the Republic of Moldova.
We remind you that on August 4, Mihai Popșoi and his Emirati counterpart signed an agreement to abolish the visa regime between their countries.
Additionally, the memorandum regarding mutual recognition and conversion of driving licenses is currently in the final stage of signing, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
