Through its activity, BIM, organized as a joint-stock company and supported by financial institutions and strategic investors from the country and the region, including the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the Public Property Agency, banks and insurance companies, aims to facilitate companies' access to financing, stimulate investment attraction and strengthen ties with regional financial markets.

Also, the exchange will support the business environment and help create a stable and predictable investment climate in the long term.

The management of the Moldova International Stock Exchange is ensured by a team of specialists with experience in both the Republic of Moldova and internationally, in areas such as public administration, finance, banking, and investments.

The position of General Director is held by Veronica Aprintin, who was previously State Secretary at the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization.

The current activity of the institution and the development of the trading platform are managed by the Deputy General Manager, Andrian Iastremschi, a specialist with experience in financial markets and banking, including within international institutions.

The exchange's strategic decisions are made by the Board of Directors, which includes shareholder representatives and one independent member.

Paul Dogaru represents the Bucharest Stock Exchange and contributes with technical expertise and experience of the Romanian capital market model.

The Public Property Agency is represented by former Prime Minister Dorin Recean, who brings expertise in public policies and international cooperation.
