The 13th meeting of the Republic of Moldova - European Union Parliamentary Association Committee will take place in Brussels
The 13th meeting of the Republic of Moldova - European Union Parliamentary Association Committee (CPA RM-EU) will be held on Thursday, March 23, in Brussels. Among the topics to be discussed in the European Parliament are the European integration process of our country, the progress made and the geopolitical situation in the Republic of Moldova, as well as the consolidation of democracy and the rule of law in the Republic of Moldova, the reform of justice and the fight against corruption.
In the context of what is discussed, several recommendations and a joint declaration will be adopted. The Legislative's delegation from Chisinau includes the co-president of CPA RM-EU, Mihail Popșoi, and deputies Olesea Stamate and Ina Coșeru, members of CPA RM-EU. We remind that, on Wednesday, before the meeting, the co-presidents of the Moldova - European Union Parliamentary Association Committee, Mihail Popșoi and Siegfried Mureșan, will hold a conference. The Republic of Moldova - European Union Parliamentary Association Committee represents the parliamentary forum of the EU - Republic of Moldova Association Agreement. It includes members appointed by the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova and the European Parliament, which meet twice a year, alternatively in Chisinau and Brussels.
